You choose the length of the sofa or sectional you want. You can add a chaise lounge on either the left or right side or oversize your chair or loveseat. It's all in your hands!! We have over 400 fabrics and leathers. Purchase as many of our extensions as you need to make your sectional bigger. We have standard and custom sofa sizes. Many of our arms are interchangeable. Fabric and extra pillows are also available. Premier upgrade adds down and coil springs to your cushions.

Fabric
There are four basic patterns: Solids, Florals, Stripes, Patterns. And six fabric types: Chenille, Tapestry, Faux Leather, Micro Suede, Shabby Chic, and Denim. We have hundreds of swatches available!

Lifetime Warranty of Hardwood Frames
Kiln-drying reduces the moisture content of the hardwood frames and helps prevent warping, cracking and mildew. Double-dowel joinery adds strength and integrity where the frame components meet. Corner blocks are triangular wooden braces attached to the under parts of the frame that add additional support. Frames are also glued, screwed and stapled. Hidden high-gauge steel alligator teeth and ratchet connectors securely hold modular pieces in place. Left or right-arm sectional pieces are determined by the location of the arm as you face the piece. Left or right-arm sectional configurations are determined by the location of the arm on the love seat

Legs
Tapered square hardwood legs are double-doweled to the frame and are not removable.

Springs
Lifetime Warranty on drop-in coil spring units. 5 Years Warranty on Springs. Sinuous springs are high-gauge steel "S"-shaped bands that are stretched across the frames from front to back and clipped into place.They provide a solid and comfortable base. Springs are doubled up at the ends of the seat providing additional support where it is most needed.

Cushions
5 Years Warranty on Down & Feather Filling. 1 Year on Foam Cushions. Seat cushion is a high-resiliency 7-inch foam core wrapped with polyester batting or a down-blend wrap of 50% fiber, 45% feather and 5% down. The back cushions have a loose fill of polyester fiber or a loose fill of fiber, feather and down.

Spot Clean Instructions
    Canvas, Denim or cotton Tapestry: spot clean with mild soapy water.
    Textured Basket weave, Lavish Micro suede, Faux Leather: spot clean with a water-free dry cleaning solvent.

Upholstered Furniture Care
    All Fabrics: vacuum regularly, protect from direct sunlight. Professional upholstery cleaning.

Slip-covered Furniture Care
    All Fabrics: vacuum regularly, protect from direct sunlight. Base Upholstery: Professional upholstery cleaning. Dry Clean Only.
